Your Tasks and responsibilities
  • Find and develop new accounts
  • Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in S&T products and capabilities relevant to client business and IT priorities, positioning relative to competitors
  • Map key account decision-makers, identify approach to engage
  • Research and understand the client's industry. Deeply understands the clients’ business strategy and challenges
  • Build strong professional working relationship with customers. Establish a high level of personal credibility with key clients’ decision makers
  • Management of existing/assigned accounts
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Knowledge on clients’ IT budget and priorities
  • Positioning of S&T as a preferred partner
  • Responsibility for account planning: forecasting of leads and opportunities by maintaining and updating the CRM database

Qualifications
  • University Degree, preferably with technical background
  • Experience in Account Management with proven business success in acquisition of complex IT projects
  • Experience in building strong customer/partner relationship
  • Proficiency in English
